This is the second petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.0161 dated 27.10.2025 under Sections 318(2), of BNS and Section 24 of Immigration Act, registered at Police Station West, Sector-11, District U.T. Chandigarh. 2. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M No.990 of 2026 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 19.01.2026 and on that date the case was argued at length and then on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, petitioner was dismissed being not pressed. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after 3 ½ months. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is
