Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 483 BNSS is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.25 dated 31.01.2026, registered under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 109, 351(2), 191(3), 190 BNS (Sections 118(2), 238 BNS added later on) at Police Station Nangal, District Rupnagar. 2. Learned counsel contends that the petitioner, 19 years old, has been in custody for more than 2 months. Reference is made to the table in para 3 of the petition, wherein the injury from the reverse/blunt side of Kirpan, attributed to him is on the left shoulder of the complainant-Rohit Kumar, however, as per the MLR, Annexure P-2, there is no injury on the said body part. He was granted interim bail by the trial Court vide order dated 18.02.2026, Annexure P- 5 from 04.03.2026 to 05.04.2026, to appear in his 12th Board exam, which he has not misused.
