This is the second petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail to him in case FIR No.283 dated 04.07.2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 340 of BNS, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Sirsa. 2. Earlier petition bearing No.CRM-M-3962-2026 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail was dismissed as withdrawn on 19.02.2026. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after about 3 months. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for the grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
