The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.051, dated 22.03.2026, under Section 105 BNS (304 IPC), registered at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda. 2. On 23.04.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- “Learned counsel submits that no overt act has been attributed to the petitioner. He is unconnected with the De-addiction Centre at Rori and has been falsely implicated only on account of being friend of Ranjit Singh, having a family discord with the complainant, father of deceased Balpreet Singh, who had been discharged from the De- addiction Centre 3 days prior to the incident.
