Present petition has been filed praying for quashing of orders dated 04.02.2026 and 01.05.2026 passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Ludhiana in FIR No.0325 dated 25.11.2025 under Sections 21, 27, 29 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Samrala, District Ludhiana whereby the bail/surety bonds of the petitioner has been cancelled or forfeited to State and issued warrants of arrest against the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was prosecuted in the abovesaid FIR. She submits that the petitioner was regularly appearing before the learned trial Court, however, due to unavoidable circumstances, he could not appear before the learned trial Court.
