Petitioner-Arpita Chatterjee and her husband were charged for commission of offences under Sections 420/406 read with 120B IPC vide order dated 13.11.2019 passed by the learned Trial Court. 2. Feeling aggrieved by the abovesaid order on charge, petitioner-Arpita Chatterjee filed a revision petition which was registered as CRL.REV.P. 84/2020. 3.
