Brief facts of the case are that the present FIR has been registered against accused Sukhraj Singh and Amritpal Singh and from their possession, 01 KG 14 Grams of heroin was recovered and on the disclosure statement of co-accused Sukhraj Singh and Amritpal Singh, the name of petitioner surfaced vide rapat no.24 dated 31.01.2026. 3.
