GREWAL, J (Oral): The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.147, dated 27.10.2025, under Section 125 of BNS, 2023, under Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station City-II, Tehsil Abohar, District Fazilka (Punjab) (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 09.11.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is outcome of an unfortunate accident. It is submitted that the dispute between the parties has now been resolved and with the intervention of the respectables of the Society, the matter has indeed been compromised. He has referred to the compromise deed dated 09.11.2025 (Annexure P-2), in MONIKA RANI 2026.05
