The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 (Section 438 of Cr.P.C.) has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 205 dated 10.12.2025, in offences under Sections 333, 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 117(2), 324(4), 191(3), 190 BNS, (Formally, 452, 323, 324, 326, 325, 427, 148, 149 of IPC) registered at Police Station Raja Sansi, District Amritsar Rural (Annexure P-1). 2. This Court vide order dated 16.04.2026, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 16.04.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.
