Khekra, District- Baghpat, pending in the court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Baghpat. 4. Learned counsel for applicant argued that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case only on account of the fact that he is uncle of co-accused Ashwani, since no offence as alleged has ever been committed by him.
