Brijesh Nishad and others), arising out of Case Crime No.145 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Chaurichaura, District Gorakhpur, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Gorakhpur. 3.
