Case No.98618 of 2021 (State Vs. Sanjay Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No.116 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 336, 341, 427 & 504 I.P.C., P.S. Maharajpur, District Kanpur Nagar, pending in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate 4th, Kanpur Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that applicants and opposite party no.2 have amicably settled their dispute out of the Court.
