The present 528 BNSS application has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 28-03-2026 passed by Prescribed Officer, Additional Court No.2 Agra as well as entire criminal proceeding of Complaint Case No. 2690 of 2021, (Ramveer Sharma Vs. Aakash Enterprises) U/s 143A N.I. Act, P.S.-Sadar Bazar, District- Agra, pending in the Court of Additional Court No.2 Agra. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has challenged the order dated 28.03.2026 by which the application of opposite party no.2 U/s 143A of N.I. Act has been allowed with direction that application shall deposit Rs.40,000/- of cheque amount of Rs.2 lacs, within 60 days. Applicant earlier challenged the impugned order passed U/s 143 of N.I.
