Ved Prakash Srivastava) u/s 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station-Shivkuti, District Prayagraj/Allahabad including the summoning order dated 19.04.2023 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.10, Allahabad. 3.It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that there is money dispute between the parties and opposite party no.2 has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I.
