The present 528 B.N.S.S. application has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 06.09.2023, summoning order dated 05.02.2026 in Complaint Case No.1559 of 2023 (Naresh Chandra vs. Ghan Shyam Upadhyay) under section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Jhunsi, District Allahabad/Prayagraj. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that there is money dispute between the parties and opposite party no.2 has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act against the applicant. It is further submitted that since there is some dispute regarding payment of money and as such, there is a good chance of amicable settlement of dispute through compromise. 4.
