The present application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed to allow this application and to quash the cognizance/summoning order dated 30.05.2023 passed by Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kannauj as well as quash entire criminal proceeding of Case No. 0671 of 2023 and Charge Sheet dated 26.01.2023, arising out of Case Crime No. 0025 of 2023, under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C and section 3/4 D.P. Ac
