State of U.P. and chargesheet dated 09.12.2021 and cognizance/summoning order dated 15.12.2021 as well as entire proceedings of Case No.23300 of 2021, State Vs. Dr. Malay Sharma and others arising out of Case Crime No.0676 of 2020, under Sections 420, 406, 120-B IPC, Police Station Civil Lines, District Meerut, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.5, Meerut. 3. Learned counsel for applicant submitted that FIR has been lodged at the behest of opposite party no. 2 against applicant along with 3 other named accused persons bear
