Present application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 54194 of 2025 (State vs. Jubair) arising out of Case Crime no. 300 of 2025, under Sections 69, 352, 351(3) BNS, Police Station Thakurdwara, District Moradabad pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1, Moradabad on the basis of compromise. 3.
