Present application under Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Session Trial No. 292 of 2020 (State vs. Aashu) arising out of Case Crime No. 800 of 2020, under Sections 328, 376(3), 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad pending before Special Session Judge (POCSO-3), Ghaziabad and charge-sheet dated 21.11.2020 as well as cognizance / summoning order dated 25.11.2020 on the basis of compromise. 3. The following submissions have been made by the learned counsel for the applicant: (i) The applicant and the victim of the present case have entered into matrimonial alliance on 19.5.2022 and their marriage wa
