The present 528 B.N.S.S. application has been filed to quash the summoning order dated 24.02.2025 passed by learned Presiding Officer, Additional Court, Saharanpur as well as entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 5594 of 2024 (Mohammad Arshalan Khan Vs. Rifaqat Ali Khan) under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station-Mandi, District- Saharanpur and also quash the N.B.W. order dated 08.10.2025. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that there is money dispute between the parties and opposite party no.2 has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act against the applicant. It is further submitted that since there is some dispute regarding payment of money and as such, there is a good chance of amicable settlement of dispute through compromise. 4.
