The instant application has been preferred for challenging entire proceeding of Case no. 23933 of 2025 (State vs. Brajdeep Paliwal and others) arising out of Case Crime no. 487 of 2023 in pursuance to sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, PS- Tappal, District Aligarh including charge sheet dated 8.7.2025 and summoning/cognizance order dated 8.7.2025 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh. 3. Learned counsel for applicant submitted that entire allegation has been extended through narration of the FIR in respect of applicant for seeking registered sale-deed from the original vendor which has been disputed by the opposite party no. 2 that once the entire share has alrea
