The present 528 BNSS application has been filed to quash the entire criminal proceeding of Complaint Case no. 142 of 2022 Amlesh Kumar versus Vivek Kumar, Under Section 138 Negotiable instrument Act. Police station- Sarai Khwaza, District- Jaunpur and summoning order dated 13.02.2024 passed by Court of Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Jaunpur, against the applicant, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate Ist, Jaunpur. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that applicant and opposite party no.2 are close friends. Applicant took Rs.7 lacs from opposite party no.2 for purchasing of plot, thereafter, applicant to discharge his liability, issued cheque in favour of complainant, when the cheque was produced before the Bank, the same got dishonoure
