Present application has been preferred with prayer to quash charge sheet dated 11.11.2020 as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 5.1.2021, discharge rejection order dated 18.11.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (E.C. Act), Bijnor in S.T. no. 825 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime no. 392 of 2018 under section 364 IPC, PS- Haldaur, District Bijnor. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for applicants that applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case due to mala fide intention and ulterior motive of opposite party no. 2. From perusal of documentary evidences, no offence punishable in pursuance of aforesaid sections is made out against the applicants. The ingredients of Section 364 IPC are not fulfilled.
