Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as “Cr.P.C.”)has been filed by the Petitioner/ Ms. Aparna Bhattacharya seeking quashing of the Order dated 09.10.2017, whereby the learned ASJ, has upheld the Order dated 20.12.2016 of the learned MM, dismissing the Application filed by the Petitioner, under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. 2.
