The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking regular bail for the petitioner in FIR No.179 dated 03.05.2011 under Sections 302, 392 and 34 of IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Panipat, District Panipat. 2. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been in custody for the last 07 years, 09 months and 25 days. It is a case of circumstantial evidence and there is no eyewitness account.
