(Oral) On 17.02.2026, the following order was passed:- The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS is for quashing of the order dated 28.11.2025 (Annexure P-6) passed by the CJM, Fazilka in case FIR No.0007 dated 01.02.2019 registered under Sections 324, 353, 186, 427, 506, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station City Fazilka, District Fazilka whereby the regular bail granted to the petitioner was cancelled and his bail bonds and surety bonds were ordered to be cancelled and forfeited to the State. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that on account of bereavement in the family of the petitioner, the petitioner was unable to appear before the Trial Court on 25.11.2025 because of which the impugned order came to be passed.
