The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the impugned retirement order/certificate dated 30.04.2025 (Annexure P-1), being illegal, arbitrary, passed without proper application of mind and contrary to the relevant rules and standing instructions issued by the State of Haryana. Further, a writ in the nature of Mandamus is sought directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in service till attaining the age of 60 years in accordance with the applicable rules and instructions issued by the State of Haryana. 2 CWP-13747-2025 . 1.1.
