This is a petition filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for disobedience of the order dated 16.03.2026 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the Superintendent of Police, Karnal, has passed a detailed speaking order dated 08.04.2026. A copy of the same has been handed over to this Court, which is taken on record as Mark A. A copy of the same has also been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to seek alternate remedy in accordance with law. 3. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. (
