(Oral) The present petition is directed against the order dated 11.12.2025 (Annexure P-20), through which the petitioner was not only debarred/blacklisted but the five works allotted to the petitioner, through different awards, were also cancelled/not extended. 2. So far as the challenge to the cancellation/non-grant of extension with regard to the five works mentioned in the impugned order are concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that qua such prayer the petitioner be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail alternate remedies, which we permit. 3.
