(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 is for quashing of the FIR No.356 dated 18.08.2025 under Sections 318(4) and 61(2) BNS, registered at Police Station Shivaji Colony, District Rohtak on the basis of the compromise deed dated 01.11.2025. As the FIR has been registered for a cyber fraud and three of the co-accused are yet to be arested, the question of quashing of the FIR on the basis of a compromise does not arise and therefore, the present petition stands dismissed. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
