Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that earlier the petitioner had approached this Court, vide petition bearing No.CRWP-2829- 2026, and this Court, vide order dated 13.03.2026 (Annexure P-10), had directed respondent No.3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, to decide the representation in accordance with law.
