The prayer in the present petition under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.249 dated 16.10.2025 registered under Sections 109, 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 304, 191(3), 190, 324(4), 238 of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been attributed a simple injury on the elbow of the complainant-Lalpreet Singh. As the petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2025 but none of the 21 prosecution witnesses has been examined so far, the trial of the present case is not likely to be concluded anytime soon and therefore, he is entitled to the concession of bail. 3. On the other hand, the learned State counsel contends that all the accused assaulted the complainant-Lalpreet Singh. He contends that th
