Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of the impugned order dated 07.09.2022 passed by learned JMIC, Fatehgarh Sahib, arising out of FIR No.48 dated 12.05.2020 under Sections 353, 186, 332, 427, 188 and 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Mulepur, District Fatehgarh Sahib, wherein the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person. 2. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was regularly appearing before the trial Court, however, on the basis of study visa, he went to Australia in the year 2022. He submits that as he remained absent, learned trial Court had issued proclamation under Section 82 Cr.P.C and ultimately, he was declared a prolaimed person vide order dated 07.09.2022.
