There is no representation on behalf of the parties, despite calling twice. 3. The present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the aforesaid Civil Suit No.193 of 2022 titled as “Shiv Kumar Chopra Vs. Chahat”, stands dismissed by the Trial Court, vide order dated 31.01.2026. 4.
