Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenue, who is wife of the petitioner, has been forcibly detained by respondents No. 4 and 5. 3. Vide order dated 04.05.2026, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, however, as per the report of the Mediator, despite best efforts, the parties could not arrive at an amicable settlement.
