This petition for bail is the first petition, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.297 dated 17.08.2024, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 201 of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Sector-5, Gurugram. 2. The abovementioned FIR came into being at the instance of ‘Yogesh Sharma’, hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only. It was stated by the above-named complainant that the accused No.1 Rajeshwar was the proprietor of a firm, namely ‘M/s Shyam Services’, and that Rajeshwar was in the business of providing manpower. According to G
