The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to de-freeze her bank account maintained with HDFC Bank. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent-HDFC Bank pointed that the petitioner is having bank account in the branch at Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh, thus, this Court has no territorial jurisdiction. 3. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction. 4.
