(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’, for quashing of FIR No.241 dated 23.12.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 305, 333, 191(3), 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station City Batala, along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. The quashing of FIR has been sought on the ground of compromise. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The case file has also been perused carefully. 3.
