This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (Section 482 Cr.P.C) for quashing of order dated 19.03.2026 passed by ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, Jagadhari in SC No. 385 of 2022 arising out of FIR No. 408 dated 13.09.2022 under Sections 401, 398,341,201 of IPC and 25 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Yamuna Nagar Sadar District Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhari Haryana vide which bail order of the petitioner has been cancelled and bail bonds and surety bonds have been forfeited and warrants of arrest has been issued against the petitioner. 2.
