Present is the first petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 418 dated 17.09.2025, registered under Sections 109(1), 121(1), 132, 221, 3(5) and 111(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Sections 307, 332, 353, 186 and 34 IPC) and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Shivaji Colony, District Rohtak, Haryana. 2. As per the case of the prosecution, on the relevant date, the police officials were present on official duty when a secret information was received to the effect that two suspects namely Ashish @ Atul and Ankit, who were allegedly involved in a recent firing incident at a liquor shop in village Madanhedi, were expected to arrive on a black Splendor motorcycle POONAM NEGI 20
