It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.35 dated 17.04.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Cyber Crime, U.T.
