(Oral): This is first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023’. This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No.335 dated 19.09.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 109(1), 332(b) 3(5), 238(b), 61, 114(4), 111(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25 and 27 of Arms Act, Police Station Section 40, District Gurugram. 2. In nut-shell, the facts emerging from record are that the FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘Rajesh Kumar’, hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only.
