Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, seeking regular bail in case FIR No.15 dated 22.03.2025, under Sections 21, 25, 29 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station State Special Operations Cell, Amritsar, District Intelligence Wing (SSOC), Amritsar. 2. As per the allegations, on 22.03.2025, on receipt of secret information with regard to the involvement of one Sukhwinder Singh, Navjot Singh, Gurpreet Singh @ Gopi, information being reliable, before effecting any actual recovery, the impugned FIR herein, was registered. 2.
