(Oral) 1) The petitioner, by filing the instant writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeks quashing of the recovery order/notice dated 13.02.2026 (Annexure P-3), vide which, a recovery of Rs.4,33,811/- as regards the government accommodation allotted to her, has been ordered. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though a representation dated 25.02.2026 (Annexure P-4) was submitted by the petitioner to withdraw of the impugned recovery notice, for the reasons set out therein, till date, no action has been taken thereon.
