The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider for regularization w.e.f. the date 30.09.1988 (P-4) vide which the name of the petitioners recommended for regularization with junior employees instead of date of regularization mentioned in service book along with all consequential benefits from the date of their similarly situated employees have been considered. 2.
