The instant petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”) for grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR No.18 dated 10.08.2025 registered under Sections 118(2), 127(4), 137(2), 146, 289, 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNS”) (Sections 118(2), 3(5) of BNS deleted later on and Section 125 of BNS added later on) and Section 75 and 79 of Juvenile Justice Act at Police Station GRP Bahadurgarh, District GRP ambala Cantt. 2. The aforementioned FIR was registered on the basis of statement recorded by the complainant Bhim Lal Rishidev, alleging that on 27/29.05.2025, he alongwith his two sons namely Santosh and Kailash, was going from Jind Railway Station to his village in District Kishanganj, Bihar through Farkka AMIT SHARMA 2026.05.05
