Earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner i.e. CRM-M-14610-2025 was dismissed in the recent past by noticing that 4 Kg 770 grams of Charas in one part and 364 grams of Charas separately recovered from his house. The petition was dismissed on 03.02.2026. 3. The present bail petition, which has been moved at a very early stage, can not be entertained, and the same is dismissed.
