The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to provide the service to the petitioner on the post of Gotakhor (Swimmer) as the petitioner fulfils all conditions and is fully eligible and competent to the post. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner was appointed on contract basis by respondent No.4 on 01.10.2018 as a Swimmer.
