The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 27.10.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-31496-2025, whereby, direction was issued to the respondents to decide the representation filed by the petitioner by passing a speaking/reasoned order within a period of three months and it was further ordered to pay Rs.50,000/- as costs to the petitioner in case order is not passed within the stipulated period. 2.
