(Oral) Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 20.12.2025 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1 Class, Gurugram in case bearing FIR No. 152 dated 10.04.2018 registered under Sections 279, 304-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Section 17/18, District Gurugram whereby the petitioner had been declared as a proclaimed person. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that pursuant to the order dated 12.02.2026 passed by this Court, cost has been deposited and receipt thereof is taken on record. It is further contended that the petitioner has appeared before the Trial Court and on his furnishing bail/surety bonds, he has been granted concession of interim bail by the Trial Court. 3.
